Several dozen pieces of real estate owned by Univerzal Banka in bankruptcy, the most valuable of which is the industrial complex in Novi Sad, which has been estimated at EUR 1.2 million, have been put up for sale by the Deposit Insurance Agency.
The business services building in Sabac has been estimated at over EUR 400,000, the agricultural facilities in Vitanovac near Kraljevo are worth EUR 241,000, and the office building in KO Kulinovac has been estimated at EUR 203,000.
Also up for sale is real estate in Kragujevac, Lucani, Pocerski Pricinovic, Starcevo and Prugovac near Aleksinac. Bids may be sent by January 28, 2020.
