BancaIntesa Belgrad and National corporation for insurance of residential credits signed a contract about crediting apartments purchases

Draginja Djuric, general director of BancaIntesa Belgrade and Aleksandar Jovic, director of National corporation for insurance of residential credits, signed on April, 18th, 2006, a contract of crediting apartments purchases.

"The amount of insured credits at the National corporation has reached 66 millions eur, out of which 20 millions eur was provided from the budget through the program of subvensions. The number of credits went up to 2.300, and only in 2006, 870 have been approved.", says Jovic.

Dejan Tesic, assistant of the general director of BancaIntesa Belgrade, stated that this bank would approve residential credits based on the mortgage on booked immovables, while it is also in prepairation models for unbooked objects, that is real estate in the stage of building.
