American Delphi employs 2,500 people in Paracin? Industrial zone Zmic complies with all requirements of investor

If an American company Delphi, a major manufacturer of cables for automotive industry, decides to open a factory in Paracin and employs 2,500 workers, it will have all the conditions in the town at the Crnica. Our city is ready to accept all the suggestions and requirements of the company, the Mayor Sasa Paunovic confirmed after the third interview with the team of Delphi which took place in Paracin on Thursday, March 31, 2016.

Delphi already has a factory in Novi Sad and is looking for a suitable location to open another factory in Serbia, and with the recommendation of the Development Agency of Serbia Paracin industrial zone "MIC" is shortlisted. Since the first two interviews showed this location meets all requirements of Delphi, the company asked municipality to answer to the question whether it is able to build a hall on app. 22,000 square meters, which they would rent for the start of production.

If Delphi comes to Paracin, it will be the first large-scale and long-awaited greenfield investments in the municipality, which would round up conditions for economic development and employment of a large number of people.
