Some time ago, “Parking Servis” announced the tender for making of technical dossier for construction of the business facility of this company in Block 53, next to the Wholesale Market and hypermarket Tempo Cash&Carry. Overground gross developed building surface covers the area of 11,000 square meters, and this phase will include elaboration of the projects for demolishing of existing facilities, as well as preliminary and main project for new business facility (contents – office space, modern express restaurant, conference hall and office space for additional services)
The plans will be drawn by Belgrade-based architectural and engineering company “Arhi.pro”, of which address is 29 Cerska Street.
By the way, the Complex is situated in block 53 in New Belgrade between traffic arteries T6 and 1-1.
The following objects of different functions have been built on the building site no 2, area 67 000 square meters:
