Hotel Sheraton Novi Sad to open on March 1, 2018 – MK Group invests EUR 12 million

Hotel Sheraton will open on March 1, 2018, in Novi Sad, eKapija learns at MK Group.

The company invested EUR 12 million in the new hotel – the purchase of the facility in the Evrope Blvd and its further adaptation.

The first Hotel Sheraton in Serbia will have 150 superior rooms and 10 apartments, of which one luxury presidential apartment.

As eKapija already reported, Hotel Sheraton will spread on 11,000 m2, with congress space as a highlight. With a total of seven conference halls, a capacity of nearly 800 seats and the option to organize several events simultaneously, Hotel Sheraton has the potential to organize the biggest gatherings in the area.

The topmost floor will feature a spa center, developed in line with the spa industry’s latest concepts. So-called club-rooms, with special benefits for members of the Sheraton loyalty club, for whom a special concierge program will also be implemented, will be located on the topmost floor as well.

Let us remind that Kostic bought the building in question from Vojislav Gajic, owner of Aleksandar Gradnja, in late 2016.
