The urban project of the residential complex, now known as
Kalemegdan Park, was prepared by
Bureau Partners. As stated, the facilities will have a
ground floor and six floors, more precisely,
four underground levels, a ground floor, five floors and a loft. The underground section is supposed to contain garages, the ground floor should house outlets, whereas luxurious apartments are to be located on the six floors.
There were speculations in the media that the complex would have units A and B, and the third facility has now been presented – unit C. The urban project now cites
Kalemegdan Park d.o.o. as the investor. According to the Business Registers Agency, Kalemegdan Park was registered on November 23, 2005, and Thomas H. Villadsen, CEO of MPC Properties, is registered as the legal representative of the company.
