The City Council of Zrenjanin has adopted the decision on the disposal of publicly owned unbuilt construction land in the South East Industrial Zone.

The parcels in question have areas of around 9,500 m2 and 5,000 m2, and the mayor of Zrenjanin, Cedomir Janjic, said that it was good news, as the decision enabled the arrival of additional two investors to the zone.

The South East Zone is located in the southeast part of the city, in close proximity to the Zrenjanin-Belgrade highway. It encompasses 72 hectares of developed urban building land, with the possibility of expansion by 1,100 hectares. Around ten local and foreign companies are currently operating there.
