Beobanka building goes under hammer for the fifth time - Thirteen-floor building structure in Zeleni Venac for sale at starting price of nearly EUR 4 million

The City of Belgrade has put the structure of former building up for sale at a starting price of somewhat below EUR 4 million. The final deadline for prospective buyers to submit applications for the acquisition of this thirteen-floor building is March 7th.

By the way, the price of EUR 3,984,504 has remained the same as the previous time it was unsuccessfully offered for sale, which was on November 3rd, 2015.
