As of 1st of February, 2007, CB Richard Ellis has opened up an office in Belgrade which currently has 5 employees. The team is already experienced in the local real estate marked and this office will be focused on giving quality service to the already existing clients in our country as well as serving quality information to the investment groups and companies which are yet to enter Belgrade and Serbia in general.

GTC Square Project

The new office project of GTC, “GTC Square” will cover approximately 25.000m2 and will preside over two of New Belgrade’s busiest boulevards, Third Boulevard and Boulevard Umetnosti.

Strategically located 100m from E 75 Highway, as well nearby the newly constructed Expo center(and in near future Holiday Inn) and not more than a 10 minute drive from the city center, positions this project as the ideal place to do business on the highest level. The easy access to the project for both pedestrians and all types of cargo transport will add an extra edge to the interest these buildings will raise during the leasing process.

When it comes to the architectural style of GTC, the same flexibility and adaptability of both the surrounding as well as the space within the buildings is present in this project which is the hallmark of all GTC projects.

The designers of GTC Square were given the task to create a project which an aesthetically pleasing and functional, thus they have designed an open interior courtyard overarched by translucent catwalks, and an expansive and majestic atrium.
