For the Post of Serbia, the next business year will be a year of transformation into a joint-stock company, which will achieve the optimization of business results, a more efficient and functional system and processes, said the acting director, Zoran Djordjevic, at the recently held expanded board meeting.
– We are actively working on a large number of projects, such as the development of the network of parcel machines, SoftPos, mobile postman, following and optimization of routes. We want an improvement to be felt in all segments, which is why we emphasize care for the employees, who, in addition to modernized equipment and tools and the awards per performance, are also looking at salary raises from January. We continue giving permanent employment to all the employees who have spent over two years in our system, and special attention will also be paid to the new systematization of jobs with a detailed description of competences – stated Djordjevic, as reported on the website of the Post of Serbia.
Since social responsibility is a very important part of the operations of the Post of Serbia, according to Djordjevic, he announced an upcoming systemic development of service provision whereby advantage at the post office counters would be given to pregnant women, users with small children and people with disabilities.
He also reminded that a work group for the saving of electrical energy had been formed and once again invited the employees to act responsibly and comply with the proscribed power saving measures.
