Tender for Preparation of Documentation for Hemijski Park Prahovo Opens

The Office for Public Investment Management of the Government of Serbia has opened the tender for the service of the preparation of the project-technical documentation for the construction of the infrastructure for Hemijski Park in Prahovo, near Negotin.

The preparation of the preliminary design for the infrastructure for Hemijski Park Prahovo is to be carried out to the end of creating the conditions for the optimal infrastructural equipping of the park as a whole, whereby the end-users will be provided will all the resources with the possibility of preventive maintenance.

The main goals are the preparation of an integral preliminary design, traffic, energy, technological-processing, signaling and other infrastructure which should cover the park's needs.

The number and the kind of the future users of the park will depend on the market-commercial conditions, the manner of securing infrastructural connections, transport corridors, the primary supply location and other infrastructural details.

As said, the General Regulation Plan of Prahovo and the Detailed Regulation Plan for the complex of Hemijska Industrija Prahovo are being changed to define in more detail the purpose of the areas and the spaces, infrastructural equipment and transportation solutions within and around the complex, to the end of developing the complex and forming the zones for the construction of the park in Prahovo and its development.

Bids may be submitted by November 19, at noon, when the bids are to be opened as well.
