Detailed Regulation Plan for construction of residential and commercial facilities in IMT location being prepared

The preparation of the Detailed Regulation Plan (DRP) of the area between Jurija Gagarina and Zemunska streets, in the location of the halls of the former IMT factory, is in progress at the Urban Planning Institute of Belgrade, and the location is meant for the construction of residential and commercial facilities, the Institute confirmed for Tanjug.

The plan should be completed by the end of the year, and the location of the former IMT factory should contain commercial and residential features with the accompanying social infrastructure and green areas.

One of the biggest parcels in the location is the one which used to feature IMT facilities, and it takes up 74 hectares (41 ha of the factory and 33 ha between the production facilities and the Airport City).
