Al Dahra officially the only bidder for PKB purchase – Financial bid to be opened subsequently

(Illustration) Al Dahra Agricultural Company from United Arab Emirates , with a field office in Serbia, submitted the offer to purchase PKB and all the documentation complied with tender conditions, the tender commission confirmed yesterday after opening the only received bid.

The public opening of the letter that contains the information on the financial bid is to be held today at noon.

Let us remind that the deadline for submitting bids for the purchase of PKB assets at the initial price of EUR 104,5 million expired on Monday, September 10.

The purchase also includes two plots of building land in Borca neighbourhood in Belgrade that cover the are of 1,8 ha and 1,2 ha at the initial price of EUR 939,113 and EUR 284,000 respectively.

According to the the Autonomous Trade Union of PKB, the company employs 1,700 workers andall of them would be paid severance payments amounting to EUR 450 per working year.
