British software company Endava, which also operates in Serbia, opened for trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol “DAVA” in late July, following its initial public offering. Ringing the NYSE Opening Bell, Endava’s Chief Executive Officer John Cotterell stated that the IPO was a natural next step in the evolution of the company.

In addition to the development center in Serbia, which opened three years ago upon the acquisition of Belgrade-based PS Tech, which has over 400 employees, Endava has centers in Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Moldova, Argentina, Colombia, Uruguay and Venezuela, as well as offices in Denmark, Germany, Holland and USA, employing over 4,700 people.

As announced ahead of the IPO, the London-based company plans to reach the amount of USD 75 million through it.

In the past days, a share ranged between 23 and 25 dollars, whereas Endava’s market capitalization amounts to USD 2.5 billion.
