Norma Subotica biggest company in the group worldwide with 1,000 employees

The Subotica-based company Norma Grupa Jugoistocna Evropa announced that, with its thousandth employee, it has become the biggest company within the Norma Group worldwide.

As they said at their official Twitter profile, the recently employed machine operator Aleksandra Nesic has become the thousandth employee in the factory which opened in 2011, and the company has thereby become the biggest one within the group.

The number of one thousand employees is three times bigger than the initial plan, and the expansion of the factory is in progress as well.

The factory opened in July 2011. It produces car components and is the first greenfield investment within Work Zone Mali Bajmok near Subotica, which also features Siemens, Dunkermotoren, Ametek, Continental, Calzedonia and Swarovski, with over 6,00 workers.


The Norma Group operates in 17 countries throughout the world and has over 7,000 employees.
