The Government of Serbia appointed Vladimir Rebic as the new Serbian police director at the session held on December 19. Thus far, he was the acting police director.

Rebic has worked at the Ministry of Internal Affairs since August 1992. He was appointed the head of the Traffic Police Administration on June 20, 2014, and his results and excellent professional work later led him to the position of the acting police director.
